Sales Manager

With direct report to Bizbrains´ CCO, you´ll be responsible for advising prospects on and selling Bizbrains´ software, including subscriptions to the company´s proprietary B2B integration platform, Link. Depending on experience, your target market will be defined either in Scandinavia or abroad.

Bizbrains´ growth has seen a sharp rise in recent years and in front of the firm is an untapped pool of potential they´re excited to dive into. Ambitions are high, so we´re looking for a driven team member who´s ready to bring a growth strategy to life by:

  • Sales prospecting & targeted outreach to develop and close opportunities through the entire sales cycle.
  • Preparing offers, contracts, and software subscription agreements.
  • Building and maintaining Bizbrains´ sales pipeline.
  • Collaborating on a regular basis with Marketing, Product Development & Delivery teams.

Bizbrains´ sales activities are spread across two focus areas: Team Scandinavia & Team Global with a stress on team performance where employees are not measured by KPI´s, but personal effort and commitment.

Highly motivated with solid business acumen.

We´re looking for someone with experience in a similar role, where you´ve demonstrated measurable results. You come from a Tech/SaaS background, ideally in an international environment. You thrive on selling complex products, where the buying process includes multiple stakeholders.

You see Sales as a high-performance discipline where your approach is based on methodology alongside a curiosity to learn what works and what can be optimized to help your team succeed.

In addition, you:

  • Enjoy building long-term business relationships, have a relevant network and are happy to bring it into play.
  • Understand technology and software license sales (SaaS).
  • Thrive in an organization where you shape your own workday.
  • Communicate effortlessly in English, including both spoken and written.
  • See CRM and other Sales Management systems as natural, daily tools.
  • Are outgoing and optimistic by nature.

Specializing in B2B Integration, Bizbrains´ product “Link”, is a unique integration platform that helps companies optimize their global supply chain – making them easier to do business with.

Bizbrains´ is headquartered in Vejle - with offices in Høje-Taastrup, Brønderslev, Aarhus, London, and Amsterdam. They currently employ approximately 60 people.
